The insurance company refused to pay for my car. I need this person for all damages caused by him to pay. Most lawyers do not want to take my case because he was "excluded" in politics, if they leave me almost no options. What kind of lawyer do I get? Doesn anyone know of any?

Usually insurance is paying the other person should. I understand he has none. Without insurance, he is obligated to pay.
